Awards season came to a close on Sunday night with the 96th Oscars in Los Angeles. “Oppenheimer” was the biggest winner of the evening, with director Christopher Nolan and actors Cillian Murphy and Robert Downey Jr. taking home gold statues.
Meanwhile, Emma Stone received her second Best Actress Oscar after winning the award for “La La Land” in 2016. Da’Vine Joy Randolph became the 10th Black woman to score the Best Supporting Actress award. Best for his role in “The Holdings.”

Cillian Murphy
Murphy won the award for Best Actor in a Versace tuxedo accessorized with a Sauvereign gold brooch. The “Oppenheimer” star was invented by Rose Forde.
Emma Stone
To accept the award for Best Actress for her role in “Poor Things”, Stone wore a custom strapless gown by Louis Vuitton. Stone’s mint frock also featured a corset, mermaid silhouette and peplum at the waist. She accessorized with matching pumps and a yellow sapphire necklace.
As she approached the stage, Stone revealed that she had suffered a wardrobe malfunction, revealing that her zipper had been torn. “My dress is torn,” the actress said during her acceptance speech. “I think it happened during ‘I’m just Ken.’”
Stylist Petra Flannery Stone dressed for the event. Flannery’s other A-list clients include Reese Witherspoon, Claire Danes and Ellen Pompeo.
Da’Vine Joy Randolph
Da’Vine Joy Randolph, winner of the Best Supporting Actress award for “The Holdovers,” wore a powder blue sequin halter dress from Louis Vuitton. Her frock also featured a floor-length train and dramatic ruffled sleeves. Wayman Bannerman and Micah McDonald, who also dress stars such as Regina King and Tiffany Haddish, styled Randolph for the Oscars.
Robert Downey Jr.
Downey Jr., who scored the award for Best Supporting Actor for “Oppenheimer,” wore a black Saint Laurent suit with a peak lapel and flared pants. He was accompanied by his wife, Susan Downey, who wore a strapless design for the French label.
Billie Eilish
Billie Eilish, who won Best Original Song for “What Was I Made For?” from “Barbie,” there was a Chanel skirt suit featuring the label’s trademark tweed. The singer accessorized with calf-length socks and cap-toe Mary Janes, as well as a houndstooth top purse from the French fashion house. Eilish was dressed by Andrew Mukamal, who also counts Margot Robbie and Carey Mulligan as clients.

The 96th Academy Awards is the most anticipated awards show of the year. Jimmy Kimmel returns to host the Oscars for the fourth time. All five nominees for Best Original Song will perform live during the ceremony, including performances of Ryan Gosling’s “I’m Just Ken,” Billie Eilish’s “What Was I Made For,” Becky G’s rendition of ” The Fire Inside,” “It Never Went Away” by Jon Batiste, and a performance of “Wahzhazhe (A Song For My People)” by Scott George featuring the Osage Singers.
