The Paramount+ sci-fi drama came to an end on May 30, offering closure to the crew of the USS Discovery
The crew of the USS Discovery served one last mission together after five seasons full of adventures through time and space.
Star Trek: Discovery’s series finale – which aired on Thursday, May 30 – picked up where the penultimate episode left off. After disappearing through a portal, Captain Michael Burham (Sonequa Martin-Green) awoke on a suspended platform that stretched into eternity, offering endless gateways that led to other alien worlds. She met Moll (Eve Harlow), and after trading punches, the two worked together diligently to find the technology of the Progenitors, which was used to create human life.
“I need you to trust me … I tell you my a word,” Michael pleaded.

Eventually Michael and Moll found the inner sanctuary of the Progenitors: a surreal meadow of yellow flowers with a mysterious interface at the top of the foot. When Michael received a vague voice communication from Book (David Ajala), Moll knocked the distracted Starfleet captain unconscious and was having fun with the interface. She obviously did something wrong, because she is trapped in energy and can’t move.
With Michael and Moll in the Progenitors’ reach, Discovery fought off a crowd of Breen combat ships by igniting a number of photon torpedoes that lit up the surrounding area. Meanwhile, Saru (Doug Jones) fought his way through a tense conversation with Breen primarch Tamal, threatening to call upon great allies—allies he didn’t make. Seriously – to attack Tamal military bases.
“Look into my eyes and tell me if you see even the slightest glimmer of suspicion,” Saru said menacingly, before Tamal stepped down.
When Michael regained consciousness, she pulled Moll away from the football and learned how to use the alien interface properly. After being transported to another plane, she met one of the Progenitors, who explained in their own enigmatic way that everything around them had actually been created by someone else. even more an ancient race. The Progenitor also gave Michael the unenviable task of deciding what would happen to this advanced alien technology. Should she be her steward or leave him behind and return to her ship?

On Discovery, Commander Rayner (Callum Keith Rennie) assembled a creative solution to get rid of the huge Breen dreadnought that was nearby. Using Discovery’s unique spore drive, which could transport them almost anywhere in the universe, the crew transported the Breen dreadnought to a distant area of space, where it would take decades for the ship find its way back.
When Michael returned to Discovery, she explained to her distraught crew what had happened to her and why the alien technology must be sent far away. “It’s too powerful for one person or one culture to have access or control,” she explained. Discovery then used its tractor beam to steer it across the event horizon of a black hole, making it inaccessible to all but the Progenitors themselves.
The next half hour of it Game Star Trek Discovery online the finale was a great love letter to the loyal viewers of the show. Returning to Starfleet headquarters, Michael confronted Dr. Kovich (David Cronenberg), who revealed his true identity: Daniels’ time agent, who appeared in another Trek star series, Star Trek: Enterprise.
On a quiet foreign beach, with lights floating in the air, Saru and T’Rina (Tara Rosling) tied the knot surrounded by friends and family. Away from the wedding reception, with the waves lapping gently against the sand, Michael and Burnham had a heart-to-heart. Again and again, the couple decided to spend the rest of their lives together.

“You should know that I never stopped… I love you,” she admitted, finally adding, “We’ll see what’s in store for us.”
Twenty years later, Book and Michael, now a silver-haired Starfleet admiral, have moved into their magnificent wood and stone country house. (Two Architectural Brief there in the 31stSt century, their house would certainly be there.) A space shuttle descended on their lawn led by their grown son Leto (Sawandi Wilson), who was recently promoted to captain. Leto carried his mother to Discovery, which was ready to embark on its final mission.
As Michael made her way around Discovery’s bridge, she and the ship’s computer spoke to Zora. Discoveries, it seems, will proceed to coordinates in space and will remain for a long time, long time, basically acting as a time capsule.
